Brock is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Director of Operations at Wavez Consulting, with over eight years of experience helping organizations improve performance, develop their people, and deliver measurable business results.
Brock has led and supported improvement initiatives across a diverse range of manufacturing, service, transportation, maintenance, and knowledge-based organizations. His experience includes leading process improvement projects, facilitating strategic planning and improvement workshops, and working directly with leadership teams to turn opportunities into practical, sustainable results.
A significant part of Brock’s work is focused on developing the next generation of improvement leaders. He has trained and coached numerous Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, guiding participants from project selection and problem definition through analysis, implementation, and the delivery of measurable financial results. He has successfully coached Green Belt projects generating significant annualized savings while helping participants build the skills and confidence to continue leading improvement within their organizations.
Brock brings a practical, people-focused approach to Business Excellence. His focus is not only on improving financial and operational performance, but also on making work easier, removing day-to-day frustrations, developing future leaders, and building a culture of continuous improvement that lasts.
Brock holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and is bilingual in English and French.

Tim is a Master Black Belt in Lean-Sigma with over 30 years of direct hands-on experience training, coaching, and developing people in the application of strategy development and execution using recognized best practices in formal management and productivity methods and tools.
Tim was employed at The Boeing Company for over 10 years where he learned Business Management Best Practices and became competent in “Lean Thinking” from top consultants globally out of Japan and the United States. He held senior positions within Boeing Canada and had responsibility for Business Management which included Strategic/Business Planning for the Winnipeg Division. He then joined J.D.Irving Ltd for over 13 years where he led the organization’s Business Improvement Program from its early years in 2003 through to 2013, by which point over 700 Yellow/Green and Black Belts had been trained and developed to improve performance within the Business Units across 10 Divisions. During this time Tim also led J.D.Irving Ltd’s pilot program to implement the Balanced Scorecard methodology for Strategic Planning and Execution as well as the implementation of formal management. This was done with guidance being provided from The Balanced Scorecard Collaborative out of Massachusetts which was founded by Kaplan and Norton. The successful pilot was then leveraged across the entire organization and remains in use today, providing a competitive advantage for the company. These improvements to how the business units are managed coupled with Lean-Sigma training and development enabled the organization to improve at benchmark levels. Tim became a founding partner in Simplicity Designs in 2013, where he was the company’s foremost Senior Designer, spending most of his time training/coaching people and transforming businesses and organizations to higher levels of performance. Most of the transformations Tim led with clients included the development of strategic plans and a series of improvement projects to achieve the long- term goals. This also always included helping these organizations implement more formal management best practices to enable the leadership teams to lead their businesses to higher rates of improvement.
Tim was also an Instructor in the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of New Brunswick for 8 years from 2013 to 2020. Tim founded Wavez Consulting in 2018 to bring his focus on fewer clients, delivering a premium level of service for companies & organizations based in Atlantic Canada. His passion is working with people to create successes that carry them to a brighter future financially and culturally, helping create prosperity and jobs, organization by organization.
Throughout his career, Tim has led, trained or coached on over 1300 projects at more than 120 sites or businesses, within a wide diverse group of industries.
